Return Process

  Log into your Ayzel account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
